Refund Policy
- Once you subscribe to a plan, you’re charged automatically every month/year according to your subscription date
- All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and the customer is responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies or duties.
- We don’t offer for a refund for our monthly Subscriptions
- When you cancel your subscription, you cancel the automatic renewal and we maintain full access to the tool until the end of your billing cycle
- When a customer with existing subscriptions, upgrades their current subscription whether from monthly to yearly or a lower plan to a higher plan they get charged on a pro rata basis. The payment will not be eligible for a refund. However, if you change your mind and wish to downgrade the plan, we will add the extra payment as a credit to your account which will be utilised in the next payments
- Once cancelled, your Account will be locked with immediate effect and you will be no longer able to use the product
- Payments for the concerned Subscription Plan shall be made 100% in advance by the Customer.
