Cozee Homes is now Rental Management by TheHouseMonk!

5 years ago, we started TheHouseMonk with an aim to revamp the real estate industry with technology and launched our first product. Over time, we have introduced multiple new offerings to the market and today have emerged as a leader in the industry with 1000s of happy customers and users.

One such offering of ours, Cozee Homes – A rental property management platform – has been doing very well. With 500+ properties being managed through the solution, we are live in Bangalore and Chennai and are aggressively looking to grow to other markets as well. With a motivated team and strong product offering, we are very confident of growing multi-fold in the years to come.

While Cozee Homes has built a nice customer base by itself, it inefficient for us to scale up 2 brands which are in similar space. Hence, we have take a bold decision to merge the brands. Cozee Homes is now Rental Management by TheHouseMonk! (Check it out!)

Why did we do this?

There a few reasons for this brand merger

1. We want to bring the rental offering to our Building Management customers. 100s of buildings which are managed using our platform through real estate developers/OAs/FMs have many rental property owners who have constantly asked us for help in renting out their units. This integration would allow them to have a seamless experience for rentals as well
2. Partnerships – We have built multiple partnerships with both our rental as well as building management solutions with internet providers, furniture rental companies, home maintenance service providers, etc. With a common platform, we would be able to bring these partnerships to both platforms
3. A unified brand would be much more efficient for us to build and would help us keep costs low, that would allow us to reduce our fees to our customers

This merger sees TheHouseMonk emerge as a unique platform which enables management of any kind of real estate asset – A rental home, a residential complex or a commercial building, and as a leader in the property management domain!

We are very excited about this next chapter of our journey and would like to thank our staff, investors and above all – our customers – for making this a reality.
