Member App – Circles

What is it? Who is it for?
An app to register prospective visitors and allow visitors in case of self-check-in. Used by tenants/members to communicate effectively.

Our ecosystem of products communicates seamlessly with each other to provide an experience like never before. We have mobile apps and tablets that can be used to deliver this experience;

 

Lets consider the use cases for the apps above:

  • Case 1: Host invites guest to property
    • Information such as Name, email address and phone number of the visitor needs to entered by host on the Member App.
    • The visitor can check-in with the OTP that received on SMS.
  • Case 2: Host is unaware about guests arrival
    • Information such as Name, email address and phone number of the visitor is collected by the Security personnel or is manually entered by the visitor on the Visitor Management App.
    • The visitor can check-in with the OTP that received on SMS

 

Depending on the property, there are two modes check-in:

  • Through Security Personnel
    • Uses the Visitor Management App to capture image and generate gate pass for the visitor.
  • Self-Check-in
    • Uses the tablet at receptions to check in using our Visitor Management software.
